For USA - Dock to Dock shipment will cost $450*

For remote location shipping, we suggest that you contact us first before making your order(s) for an accurate shipping cost. Otherwise our customer service team will contact you to request an additional shipping charge based on the actual shipping cost.

Processing & Delivery Time

Processing time can take up to 72 hours, Toronto Copiers processes and ships out before 1pm EST/EDT. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

*Orders placed during the weekend, holidays, and/or special promotional sales may extend the processing & shipping time.

Our storage facility is located in Toronto, Ontario. Depending on your location, the posted processing and shipping times may vary. 

Remote locations are excluded from our flat rate/free shipping option. Additional charges may apply for certain items that are delivered within a remote location, since most remote locations are considered as “Air Stage Locations”. That means that for more than 6 months of the year, the location must have its deliveries airlifted.

The below terms for shipping to United States of America only apply to toner and ink printing supplies:

All orders below $399 before tax will be charged a flat rate of $19.99

If your delivery location is in a remote location within the continental portion of the US, or non-continental portions of the US such as; Alaska, Hawaii, islands or any other non-standard address, additional shipping charges may apply. One of our customer service members will contact you if necessary.

International Shipping

Shipping Notes:

Some products listed on our website are not available for shipping, they’re pick-up only. In some cases special delivery is available only through contacting our customer support team.

This offer may be discontinued at any time; all confirmed orders placed before that time will be honoured with the shipping rate they receive at the time the order was placed regardless of the shipping date.

In some cases, we may decide to split an order into multiple shipments.

Once the package leaves, it becomes the responsibility of the carriers. They’re responsible for any unforeseen delays, and any damage that may be caused. Please allow 15 business days for package(s) to be delivered before Canada Post considers it as a lost package.

We don’t refund shipping costs; please contact us further information.

We hold no responsibility for any returned parcels due to a typing error, unless the order was placed by one of our agents. If you made a mistake, an extra shipping charge will be applied to reship your order.
